Ability to fine tune User Roles

There are instances where the pre-set User roles and permissions are not ideal for our unique situations. It would be great to be able to fine-tune these permissions for special use cases.

Here's a good, practical example... In our HOA, ARC members must conduct an annual 'neighborhood walkthrough'. For this purpose, the ARC members employ the HOALife mobile 'Inspector' app. However, we could not get the app to function properly without editing each ARC member's permissions and changing their 'Role' from 'ARC Member' to 'Inspector'.
