Similar to Cliff Joyce's request below regarding removing violation photos, it would also be beneficial to add violation photos to a pending violation. For example - we have over 500 attached townhomes in our community, and we need to inspect the front and the back of the townhomes. Power washing siding is under one CC&R article, but in order for us to include the front and the back under that one violation, we need to start another "exterior appearance" violation, click on all of the photos from the front, then take the photos from the back. It makes the process very time consuming while in the field. Another remedy could be to allow adding photos from the property's inspection while on the desktop version of the website, but that would also increase administrative work on the back end.

Similar to bulk emails and individual property emails, support communicating with property owners over SMS/TXT message.

Allow multiple payments of increments smaller than the full amount on an invoice rather than only allowing the full amount to be paid at once

We have a resident who lives in France. I cannot input her mailing address because the COUNTRY is a pulldown with only 3 options.....non of which I need and I cannot blank field out.

While this is a possible manual step, it may be nice to generate late fees automatically. Flat fee or % of total invoice the day after an invoice has become past-due.

Currently there is an option to add a request be sent for a vote on an open Motion, but I've found that sometimes a sent request may have gone to an invalid email address for a Board member and has to be sent again. This results in that board member appearing to have 2 votes (see image). At the very least, it would be great to have the option to remove a sent motion request if if hasn't been accessed by the addressee.

Would be nice if I could select the fields I want exported as I don't care about Lat, Lon, and some other fields.

At our HOA we are trying to drive behavior to use the portal for all communications. It would be good if in the Message Management that you keep all the conversations in the property record rather than send emails. For example, as a homeowner I send a message. There is no record that it was sent and so I have no idea if it was received or read. On the Admin side it would be nice to keep track of all the messages going back-and-forth, rather then shifting to external emails. Having all communications within the system would help in auditing of conversations. At a minimum you should cc the person sending the message so they have a record that the message was sent. Otherwise it's just a black hole.

Please make a button for inspectors to click to say there is a repeat/second violation. This would say users from having to renter in the entire violation.
