Send templated email upon closing of a violation for homeowners with email address on file letting them know it's been closed.

Add a box to Architectural Requests for committee to mark final inspection completed, with pass/fail.

We have several CC&R Article sections with more complex formatting. Being able to replicate this in the CC&R description field and resolution steps, like in the architectural request form description field, would be helpful.

Would be nice if I could select the fields I want exported as I don't care about Lat, Lon, and some other fields.

It would be helpful to have a capability to share a document like meeting minutes or a policy document inside the document repository and allow participants to comment or make suggested edits. This way we can work collaboratively to craft a document before taking it to a formal vote.

Show email conversations in the homeowner portal.

Currently owners do not see their response to a violation in the owner portal. It would be helpful for owners to be able see their response.

Allow multiple payments of increments smaller than the full amount on an invoice rather than only allowing the full amount to be paid at once

It would be absolutely amazing if we could create work orders on each property with the ability to directly email the work order to the association vendors. Our association would probably pay extra for that feature.

We have a resident who lives in France. I cannot input her mailing address because the COUNTRY is a pulldown with only 3 options.....non of which I need and I cannot blank field out.
