We often use notes to track the progress of a violation, but sometimes a note gets submitted with only part of the intended photos. When that happens, we have to create a new note just to add the missing photos, which leads to multiple separate notes for the same property and reason for being there. It would be really helpful if notes could be edited after submission, similar to how violation records can be edited now. This would make documentation more organized and reduce unnecessary duplication.
