Please add the ability to group properties based on ownership such that owners can view their owned properties through a single sign in. Also that an owner can make a single payment that applies to multiple properties.

Any chance that you can incorporate a pool pass system for a large community, 1600 units?

A way for homeowners to reserve facilities such as tennis courts, clubhouses, party rooms, etc.

We do a weekly email newsletter and currently have to use a different software because the HOALife bulk emails are just a hassle for this purpose. We would like to be able to at least resize images within a property email like in regular gmail. Also, we would love to add the ability to make text different colors as we currently do with our newsletter.

There are many organizations that provide guidance, support, events, and message boards for HOA Managers. However, there are few, if any, that focus specifically on the unique challenges of HOA Self-Management. Would you like to see one started?

Show email conversations in the homeowner portal.

In order to upload a file, it must first be saved to my computer and then uploaded. It would streamline our workflow if there was a way we could either drag/drop files or if it operated more like a google drive/one drive where we had a link to our property documents folders through Windows "File Explorer" or similar Mac feature. I'm finding it challenging to have a streamlined workflow to use HOALife as my primary property document repository because the file upload process is a pain.

Encourage community engagement with private message boards. Create multiple message boards as needed for classifieds, events or whatever else is desired. Notifications for message board posts and replies.

We use the app to send vehicle violation notices. It would be helpful if the details of the owner's registered vehicles was an option to included in their profile information. (Make, model, color, tag #, state). If a violation occurs on the street, it's not always possible to match the address it belongs to.

This subject was brought up in the thread "Ability to fine tune User Roles". I would like to open this one again. The leaders in our organization wear multiple hats meaning the pre-set cookie cutter user permission approach is not functional for us. We have to result in granting higher level permissions than the user should have just to make sure they get everything they need. I would like to use the "least privilege" approach in security. To do this, I need to be able to set custom privileges for each user.
