You can now enable message history and in-portal replies in the homeowner portal. Responses to homeowner messages will continue to be emailed as well.

Bringing this request back to the table. I have several homeowners who are constantly upset that they cannot see the communication thread! So they just start a new one...over and over and over!

OMG! Do this! I have a resident that is flooding the messaging feature about this very thing. 6 messages in 2 days!
