Similar to Cliff Joyce's request below regarding removing violation photos, it would also be beneficial to add violation photos to a pending violation. For example - we have over 500 attached townhomes in our community, and we need to inspect the front and the back of the townhomes. Power washing siding is under one CC&R article, but in order for us to include the front and the back under that one violation, we need to start another "exterior appearance" violation, click on all of the photos from the front, then take the photos from the back. It makes the process very time consuming while in the field. Another remedy could be to allow adding photos from the property's inspection while on the desktop version of the website, but that would also increase administrative work on the back end.

When downloading the ARC Request document / info, it current has hyperlinks within the PDF to view the files attached by the resident. Would like the ability for those files (PDF's, photos, etc.) to be a part of the report as we save those reports (archived) outside of the HOA Life platform and in case the links ever expired, the docs would remain.

Please create a way for users to edit a violation on the app. This would be very useful so if there is a mistake in the text, or the need to upload an additional picture, you can do it quickly.

Provide the ability to charge property owner the associated CC/ACH processing fees when paying their invoice.

Security provides photos in HEIC format, Apple iphone format. Would like HOALife to support HEIC format for pictures. Current method requires converting from HEIC to JPEG.

For our Association, some violations have a 15 day cure period for the first notice, while others have a 30 day cure period. However, the cure period for second notices is 15 days for all violations. The issue we are encountering is that the template automatically puts a cure date on the page with the photos on it, but the cure date would be inaccurate for violations that have a 30 day cure period at first notice, but a 15 day cure period at second notice. The specific feature I am requesting is similar to Missy's request below, but it would simply be adding the option to the CC&R article section for second notice and third notice days to cure, instead of having it generalized, since it is not the same for every stage. I realize that not every Association would need this, so I think that having an option to manually add additional cure periods per occurrence for each CC&R article would be the most beneficial overall.

Add ability to invoice and pay for ACC fees and deposits from owner portal during submission

For our Association, the First notice of violation is 30 days to remedy, and the Second/Hearing Notice is 15 days. Currently we are unable to edit the cure date from the second notice letter, so allowing a second notice cure date would be useful. We use the cure date to enter extension requests for first notices, so removing the cure date entirely is not an option.
