It would be fabulous if the calendar was viewable to all residents, instead of having to invite everyone for each activity. We have alot of different things going on different days of the week, sometimes the same thing on multiple days of the week. Is there a way to just create the monthly calendar and have it visible to all owners?

I would like the ability to print correspondence between management and homeowner under the "property owner responded" section.

I think it would be really helpful to have photos automatically time-stamped within the notes, similar to how they appear in violation records. In this line of work, it’s important to accurately track when each photo was taken. While the timestamp on the note itself is useful, having the photo timestamps built in would eliminate the need for using additional apps like Timestamp Camera, then exporting to put into notes.

When a property changes ownership, PIN-level access is reset to prevent access to the homeowner portal by the prior owner. Occasionally, we want to block access to property owners who already have access to the homeowner portal while they retain ownership. To do this we'd need a way to reset the pin without an ownership change. We can contact support for this an ad-hoc basis, but a self-service option would be more appealing for us.

The ability to Email any ARC letters. Same workflow as the escalation email feature.

Send templated email upon closing of a violation for homeowners with email address on file letting them know it's been closed.

HOALife should provide a guide to distribute to property owners on how too use various parts of the homeowner's portal, including suggesting violations, deficiencies, the document repository, and architectural requests.

Hello. Please add some additional filter options to the email conversation tab. Allow for emails to be sent to houses that have no "open" violations. Right now this is not possible. This is useful after large inspections to tell houses that have no issues. Allow more filtering in general to perhaps mass select homes.
