During our annual inspection cycle, inspectors issue approximately 70+ violations per day. Due to this high volume, sending notices during the day leads to increased homeowner responses, which disrupts the ability to complete remaining tasks efficiently.
Currently, the only way to manage this is to delay sending notices until the end of the day (around 5:00 PM), which is not an ideal or flexible solution.
A scheduled delivery feature would allow notices to be sent within a defined time window (for example, 3–4 hours after creation or at a set time each day). This would enable inspectors to complete their work without interruption while still ensuring timely communication to homeowners.
A similar concept already exists with the delayed “closed notice” email (sent 12 hours after closure). Expanding this functionality to allow customizable scheduling for notice delivery would significantly improve workflow efficiency during inspection periods.
