I agree. The platform we use for electronic voting has the option to export a report which shows who an email has been delivered to, who has opened it, and who has clicked the link to continue. It is very helpful as we are required to produce a Proof of Notice as an agenda item for our Annual Meetings, and include tge proof in the Meeting Minutes.

There are also many Board Meetings (like the Budget Meeting, and meetings where we vote on issues regarding an owner's property) that we are required to provide Proof of Notice.

We have not been able to show a Proof of Mailing when we've used HOAlife for bulk emails or paper mailings.

Being able to create a report would be very helpful.

We have over 3,000 members and would be helpful for management.

Agree. Many of our messages are not being read because they are going to spam. (It also would be helpful to drill down so we can target those homeowners separately.)
