We have encountered challenges with owners who hold multiple lots, as they often receive duplicate communications (e.g., emails or notifications) for each property they own. While this can create frustration for the homeowner, we also recognize the importance of maintaining separate lot-level accounts, particularly for clarity and ease of transfer when a property is sold.

A potential solution would be to introduce a unified owner view based on a shared email address, providing visibility into all lots associated with that email while preserving separate, lot-level management.

We did create a work around through tagging so owners with multiple lots would not receive multiple emails re community wide communication. This is a bit challenging to manage manually as we are a growing community and lot ownership changes occur often.

We have hundreds of condos managed through single management company responsible for notices , rents , fees and maintenance.

This is relevant to us only on a tiny level (less than 3%).
