Need ability to reserve assets such as clubhouse, pavilion and such. Would be nice to have the ability to attach the agreement for the rental as well.

And... if you add a Calendar to HOALife, it would be great to have these scheduled facilities listed on the Calendar-- with a way to filter the Calendar by event types (such as Tennis, Clubhouse, Board/ARC Meetings, etc).
