Currently there is an option to add a request be sent for a vote on an open Motion, but I've found that sometimes a sent request may have gone to an invalid email address for a Board member and has to be sent again. This results in that board member appearing to have 2 votes (see image).

At the very least, it would be great to have the option to remove a sent motion request if if hasn't been accessed by the addressee.
