Currently all assets are lumped together so the inspection has to be completed for all. Would be great for the assets to be grouped in different categories such as irrigation, Air Conditioning, Landscaping, buildings and such. Not all assets can be inspected at the same time and by the same person. For instance in the landscapers contract is to inspect the common grounds. The contract for the irrigation contractor is to inspect the irrigation.

Each sub group should have different different role access to HOA Life to limit their abilities and what they can see.
