Our association requires Approved Requests change to Closed or Completed status once homeowner requests the Close-out. Using a Tag for Final Close out is not enough.
If the Request form is for homeowner to build a new home, then the Close-out starts the process for the Security deposit refund worth several thousand dollars.
Homeowners are given 9 months from approval date to complete their requested project or can request revision to extend for 3 months.
Our association has reporting to Board members on completed Requests by time period so the start, estimated finish date and final completion date are important.
If today's date is greater that 9 months from Approved date, then change color of Request status to yellow for warning.
All values of dates and user Id and status need to be Export available to report in PDF or Excel formats.
Also, open to adding Inspections to Requests that would close them in similar method to Violations.
