Would be beneficial to allow notes when closing a violation as to what occurred that cured the violation. We do more spot inspections when random complaints received vs. scheduled inspections and some violations also violate city codes so in a few instances, the city issued a summons or other action which caused the violation at the property to be cured outside of the HOA process. Would be nice to add notes when closing for future reference, how the violation was cured, etc.
