All it would take is a Dynamic Variable or two.

There's wording (like where the vendor should send an invoice when the work is complete) that we'd prefer not to have to add to every deficiency in order to have it appear on the Work Order. We can, of course, fill up the details section with that information, but it would compete with information critical to the actual completion of the work (like quotes, status updates, etc.), and hazard something critical being lost in the verbiage.
