The addition of an optional, short description could help site visitors more quickly locate a document without first downloading it from the Document Repository.

When creating new folders and uploading shared documents, short descriptions could be entered into a text field.

When viewing shared documents, the optional description could appear on a second line (beneath the document name) on each row of the documents list.
