E-mail Opt Out Option

Currently, the only way to avoid sending a violation notice via email to specific owners during inspections is by entirely removing their email address from HOALife’s system, which is not a practical long-term solution.
Having the ability to use property tags to manage email delivery would significantly improve efficiency. For example, adding delivery options such as:
- Include properties with tag: [ ]
- Exclude properties with tag: [ ]
similar to the option for occurrence count, would allow associations to bulk deliver emailed notices to residents who are opted in, while excluding those who have opted out.
Additionally, allowing homeowners to manage their own notification preferences through the homeowner portal would be extremely helpful. Providing a notification management feature would reduce administrative workload and better align with the expectations of a largely contactless environment.

Yes! An opt in opt out feature for electronic communication would be awesome. This would help an association cut down on the number of mailed notices. The opt in or opt out status needs to be completed by the homeowner, not by the association, that way the responsibility falls on the homeowner.
