  1. When you open a picture from a violation in the app or on the web version, the only way to close it is to hit the back button. Please add an x to close, or the ability to click out of the picture, or have the picture open in a new tab. It would also be great if you clicked on attachments in an exterior app would open in a new tab/window.
  2. If you submit an exterior application without paying, there's no way to go back in and pay after submission. Please add an 'update/edit submission button that lets the homeowner go back into the exterior app and make changes that are recorded in the 'note' history (including making an electronic payment). Also, when approval is sent for an exterior app, it would be helpful if HOA Life sent a standardized letter or official notice (one that the HOA could create as a form/letter), as many contractors (and our local township) require this document for the submission packet.
  3. If someone has multiple violations and you are renewing them in the inspection app, the list of prior violations becomes very confusing. We need a better way to view the most recent violations and renew them with an updated picture.
