I would like to be able to make custom lists with properties from form submissions, including leasing waiting lists, volunteer lists, etc.

Example: we have a cleanup activity every spring. I want someone to be able to fill out a form to volunteer or a form to submit ideas, then have the list of units or the ideas show up on a list available for everyone to see. I would also like to make notes as an admin to the list
