The Property "Mailing Address" section's "Name" field is populated using public records. Yet, it often contains the names of entities (such as trusts) instead of the people who live in the house.
The ACC Committee tracks/searches Properties by address and/or actual people names.
So it would be great to add a new friendlier "Contact Name(s)" field to the "Contact Info" area. That Name would: be searchable; could contain comma-delimited list of names; (last names) would appear in ARC Request summaries; would be used when emailing messages to homeowners.
