This step seems to create small problems for many of our members. There is a technique that is device dependent and it doesn’t really save time. Once you fill out a few applications you get a feel for it, but most members once fill one out infrequently.

Why not two independent boxes where you enter start date and a second the stop dates with no connection between the two entries?
