Support addresses which are not US, Canadian, Mexican, or Military addresses

We have a resident who lives in France. I cannot input her mailing address because the COUNTRY is a pulldown with only 3 options.....non of which I need and I cannot blank field out.

Currently, HOALife supports mailing addresses of the following countries:
- USA
- Canada
- Mexico
- Military Addresses (AA, AE, AP)
I do believe this is our first request for mailing address support outside of North America! 🇫🇷
