How would you manage the integrity of the survey feedback? I like the idea for folks that have trouble with computers, but could we skew survey feedback if this was allowed? One of the things I like about current setup is that there is not a way for me (property manager) to skew the survey and I can verify that each response came from an owner. I'd want a way to prevent the Association management staff from manipulating the results.
