Suspend Portal Access feature

There should be a way to suspend a homeowner's access to the portal, along with preventing them from paying any invoices. Currently, the only way to do this is to completely delete their contact information (email and phone) and also remove the phone from QuickBooks as well, then reset the property pin code. This is very cumbersome and means that the contact info must be stored elsewhere. For management companies, and large HOAs regularly sending accounts to attorneys/collections, this would be a huge advantage. Many times, accounts sent to collections are informed to only contact and make payment to the attorney, not the HOA or management company. One click suspend/unsuspend would seem to be a fairly easy feature to add and would be a significant improvement.
